Finally! "NBA 2K16" is coming soon.
While fans are excitingly waiting for the release date of basketball-themed game, details have been made available.
Apparenlty, 2K Sports will include an extensive line up of classic teams in "NBA 2K16," Design N Trend reported.
Such teams will include Vince Carter with the Toronto Raptors during the 1999-2000 season, Tracy McGrady with the Houston Rockets in 2007-08 season, the Boston Celtics' big three during hte 2007-08 season.
Additionaly the power house classic team line up will also include the entire Los Angeles Lakers championship team in the 2000-01 season, Dirk Nowitzki with the Dallas Mavericks in 2002-03 season and lastly, the lineup of Portland Trail Blazers that include Damon Stoudamire and Scottie Pippen in the 1999-2000 season.
In addition to the classic team line up, "NBA 2K16" will also include a "Pro-Am" feature to the MyPlayer mode come its release date, Bleacher Report claimed.
Now this new add on will reportedly allow players to customize their jerseys, logos and even the arena where they're playing when competing online.
"Pro-Am is a new mode for MyPLAYERs in NBA 2K16," the official statement said. "Grab your friends, design your own logos, jerseys and arenas for full branding of your team. After your identity has been stamped, rise up the leaderboards with your team to compete against the best in the world in five-on-five matches on full-sized courts with NBA rules in a venue that supports 40 players playing simultaneously."
In line with the new features, "NBA 2K16" is now availble for pre-order prior its Sept. 29 release date called "Early Tipoff Weekend," Major Nelson confirmed.
The pre-order is said to include bonuses that will blow gamers mind off. Imagine additional 35,000 VC for "NBA 2K15," 10,000 for "NBA 2K16" and a MyTEAM VIP complete Emerald packs guaranteed with an Emerald player.
On top of that, the pre-ordes will also include a limited Michael Jordan Special Edition cover set which would "include 'NBA 2K16' and additional in game rewards: Digital Jordan shoes for your MyPLAYER; Jordan T-shirt for your MyPLAYER; Jordan Jersey for your MyPLAYER; 30,000 Virtual Currency; MyTEAM VIP+ Packs, featuring 3 Emerald Packs AND a new Special Edition Exclusive Moments Card."
"NBA 2K16" pre-orders will arrive on Sept. 25 while the actual release date is happening on Sept. 29.
