It seems that the chances of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reuniting are quite impossible now that the 25-year-old actress has secretly married her girlfriend Alicia Cargile.
An insider revealed that the "Still Alice" star confirmed the news herself.
"She was openly referred to Alicia as 'my wife' and all her friends and costars were patting her on the back and saying congrats," the source told Life & Style via Classicalite. It isn't surprising if the actress secretly married her former assistant. Kristen Stewart has a history of rushing into relationships including her scandalous affair with Rupert Sanders which caused her breakup with Robert Pattinson.
After his split up with his "Twilight" co-star, the 29-year-old actor got into a relationship with British singer FKA Twigs. The two reportedly got engaged in February and he proposed to her shortly before Valentine's Day. However, they haven't set a date yet and it may not happen this year. "It's going to be a long engagement," an insider told Hollywood Life.
Based on new reports, the wedding between Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs may not even push through if the British heartthrob won't change his attitude. According to OK! Magazine, the 27-year-old singer thinks that her fiancé is becoming too needy and overprotective.
"Ironically, it's the kind of edgy mystique that attracted Rob to her in the first place," the insider told Star Magazine. "But now he seems to have become jealous and controlling, and she wants him to tone it down." Maybe he is just scared of losing her just like what happened to Kristen Stewart.
"FKA think Rob is suddenly being very old-fashioned -- and to her, just because there's the possibility they'll tie the knot shouldn't mean she has to change who she is," their source explained. "It sounded and felt to me like she and Rob had recently had it out," their insider added. It seems that Kristen Stewart has upstaged Robert Pattinson this time by marrying her girlfriend first.
