Frank Ocean previously teased that his new album will be released in July.
However, July and August have past and yet no album has been released.
As fans grow anxious, the "Thinkin Bout You" singer remains missing in action.
And to add insult to injury, old songs from his unreleased mixtape were released in Spotify instead of Frank Ocean's new album, Complex reported.
Fans certainly did not like what they heard not because the music was crap, but because they felt that Frank Ocean was toying with them.
In fact, some fans believed that the songs in the record called "Lonnie Breaux 2," was Frank Ocean's new tracks from his new album.

Thus, rumors starting to circulate that the new album of Frank Ocean will be further delayed until next year.
The artist has been laying low from public. In fact he decided to withdraw from his supposed performance in FYF, where Kanye West took over.
His representatives however released an official apology as posted in Entertainment Weekly.
"We're really sorry that due to a scheduling conflict beyond our control, Frank Ocean is not going to be able to appear at FYF Festival as planned," the publicist said. "Frank had really been looking forward to the performance and to seeing all of his fans, so it is with great regret that we announce this cancellation."
