Dakota Johnson seems to be all over the news lately.
Following her portrayal as Anastasia Steele in the controversial yet highly successful movie adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey," Dakota became an instant household name.
While she's in a relationship with boyfriend Matthew Hitt, she had been constantly romantically linked to her co-star Jamie Dornan, who on the other hand is married to actress, Amelia Warner.
With Dornan debunking such involvement with Johnson, reports now claim that Dakota and her ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal are trying to connect again.
Apparently, the two were seen together in an exclusive night club in Los Angeles.
RadarOnline reported that the two were accompanied by their friends but left the club through separate exits to avoid paparazzi.
"Jake and Dakota were accompanied at their table by different people throughout the night - including the owner of the bar [that's] so inaccessible to the public that it doesn't even have a name," an eyewitness revealed. "They left the venue through separate exits, Johnson out the front and Gyllenhaal via a back door."
Additionally, Jake is reportedly still very much into Dakota Johnson despite being with boyfriend, Matthew Hitt.
According to Star Magazine's insider as reported by Hollywood Life , "His crush on her never went away."
In fact, reports suggest that Jake is trying everything to make Dakota leave her boyfriend and be with him.
"Jake's been chasing after Dakota lately, showering her with flowers and sweet messages in a lovesick attempt to rekindle their relationship," their source revealed.
However, it seems like Dakota and her boyfriend are very happy with each other's arms.
According to Daily Mail, the two were spotted cosying up and strolling with their dog, Zepellin.
"She recently wrapped her latest film, How To Be Single,'" the publication claimed.
"And Dakota Johnson, 25, surely relished her spare time in Sunday, as she spent the day cosying up to her beau Matthew Hitt, 28.
Adding, "The two were spotted on an intimate coffee run while taking Dakota's pup for a stroll around West Village."
It was also previously reported that Hitt visited Dakota during the filming of her new movie.
"It seems Dakota Johnson brought her boyfriend to work on Monday," Daily Mail reported.
The two reportedly went on a date following the filming.
"The 25-year-old actress was seen holding hands with Matthew Hitt, 28, as they left the set of her new romantic comedy, 'How To Be Single,' in New York City.
"The Fifty Shades Of Grey star led her beau off the premises, perhaps taking a break from filming."
