The drama that unfolded after Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards breakup brought out several speculations that only produced more questions.
The most heartbreaking detail about the split, perhaps, would be the way Malik broke things off with his ex-fiance.
According to Hollywood Life, he ended their two-year engagement with a text message, upsetting Edwards enough to delete all of his photos on her Instagram account and deliver a subtle diss at his sudden departure from One Direction as well.
It seems that Malik didn't just anger his ex-girl. Rixton's Jake Roche, Little Mix' Jesy Nelson's fiancé, reportedly lost all his respect for the singer as well.
"I think he's a [expletive] idiot," he reportedly told The Sun (via J-14) when asked about Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards' breakup. "The way he's treated her is horrible. He's not a very nice man. Professionally he's talented but - and I'm speaking from what I've seen - he should be ashamed."

He further confirmed the rumors that Malik broke up with Edwards through a text, telling the newspaper, "I'd at least send an email! It's more formal. But it's not about treating a woman like that, it's about treating a human like that. It's disrespectful."
Although none of the Little Mix members spoke about the Bradford Badboy's diss, Roche didn't hold back on what he thought about the re-tweet.
"And the whole re-tweeting thing. He finished with her! Why antagonize it? It's done!" he further commented. "It's a shame. He's talented but he's spoiled it."
Despite all the drama, the "Black Magic" artist is reportedly "great and smiling again" with Roche planning to set her up with his bandmate, Charley Bagnall, according to Seventeen Magazine.
"Maybe Charley needs to widen that smile. We're trying to set them up now!" he revealed.
On the other hand, the 22-year-old singer is allegedly smitten with Burberry model Neelam Gill, whom he met earlier this year. Despite J-14's report that he had been trying to contact his ex and send her apology messages, the 21-year-old songstress chose to completely cut him off from her life.
