Following revelation that "Big Hero 6" characters are coming to "Kingdom Hears 3," fans started to ask about the highly rumored "Star Wars" and "Marvel" characters.
In addition, fans are also disappointed that Square Enix has failed to present important details at D23 expo in Anaheim, California.
"There wasn't much other KH3 news, sadly," Kotaku reported of the event. "And there's still no release date for the third Kingdom Hearts game, which was announced at E3 2013."
While Sora and the other characters are about to experience riding "Big Hero 6's" robot, Baymax and battle the mysterious masked villain in the Big Hero 6 world, fans are worried that "Star Wars" and "Marvel" characters will not be introduced.
"Why the f**k not just a Marvel Comics world!? why is this exclusively Big Hero Six?" a Facebook user said in Kotaku's article.
"Who gives a sh** about Big Hero 6?! It was a good movie, but all I'm saying is Kingdom Hearts 3 better have these FOUR worlds or I'm bouncing on this f***ing game," the other one said.
Apparently, the idea of having the "Star Wars" and "Marvel" characters in "Kingdom Hearts 3" seemed impossible.
However, according to Motoring Crunch if Square Enix will not introduce the highly anticipated characters it will at least feature weapons from the movies.
"Even if the likes of Captain America and Obi Wan Kenobi don't make it into Kingdom Hearts 3, we feel that Square Enix might introduce the weapons from the aforementioned worlds," the gaming publication mentioned.
Motoring Crunch also suggested that Sora will "get the ability to wield a light saber," while Goofy will use Captain America's shield to boost his defense.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" director Tetsuya Nomura on the other hand, told Kingdom Hearts Insider that there will be new features and updates in the sequel.
"In addition to the Keyblade transformations for Sora, it becomes possible to maneuver using specific forms and actions. There will be many battle choices," he said of the game.
"Take whatever strategy, it will be up to the player. Of course, for those who button mash will have an exhilarating experience but for those who want technical fights will also find fun making combinations."
