Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj face each other on-stage the VMA and things got intense fast!
Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj may have had a blast at the MTV VMA last year but this year - the blast comes from a loaded gun in Nicki's hand (metaphorically speaking).
After making her acceptance speech on stage for winning the MTV Video Music Awards, Best Hip Hop Video, Nicki Minaj turns to Miley, who's hosting the show and confronts (and insults her) on a recent comment Miley made about the Taylor Swift vs. Nicki Minaj feud.
After telling fans to "follow your dreams," the "Anaconda" rapper turned to Miley and said: "And now, back to this b**ch that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press,"
"Miley, what's good?' Nicki spatted.
Miley, on the other hand, implied that she did not mean to antagonize Nicki but blamed the New York Times instead.
"Hey, we're all in this industry," Miley said. "We all do interviews and we all know how they manipulate sh*t."
At that point, the camera cuts away to Nicki's seething face at a moment where she could be seen mouthing the word: "Don't play with me, b**ch."
"Congratu-f**kin-lations," Miley added.
The reason for Nicki's anger, of course was due to Miley's recent interview with the New York Times in which she said that the "Super Bass" rapper was "not polite" for starting a feud with Taylor Swift.
"You made it about you," Miley said of Nicki's reaction to Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" being nominated for Video of the Year. "Not to sound like a b**ch, but that's like, "Eh, I didn't get my VMA,"
"If you want to make it about race, there's a way you could do that," she added. But don't make it just about yourself,"
Miley also called out Nicki for starting a "pop star war."
"What I read sounded very Nicki Minaj, which, if you know Nicki Minaj is not too kind. It's not very polite," Miley said.
Nicki may have put her beef with Taylor to rest by performing with her on stage, but the storm that just stirred between Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj at the VMAs could turn out to be very chaotic.
