Is Eva Mendes Secretly Engaged To Ryan Gosling? Actress Spotted Wearing A Huge Emerald Ring

| By

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling may already be secretly engaged!

The 41-year-old actress was recently spotted wearing a huge emerald ring. She posted a photo of herself painting her nails on Instagram and the bling got many people wondering if that's an engagement ring.

The emerald ring was first seen on the fashion designer six weeks ago replacing a simple band that she wore in the photo that she posted on Instagram.

According to Mail Online, the bauble looks as if it could be an unconventional engagement ring.

"Though the piece of jewelry is on her right hand and not on her left, it would not be unlike the '2 Fast 2 Furious' star to wear an engagement ring out in public, but put it on the wrong hand so as to throw off fans," the website reported.

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are really good when it comes to hiding everything that's happening in their personal life.

So, it isn't surprising if they are engaged since they already have a baby. "The Place Beyond The Pines" co-stars welcomed their daughter Esmeralda Amada on September 12, 2014.

The brunette beauty was able to hide her pregnancy to the media for nine months and until today, no one has seen her daughter from the 34-year-old actor.

According to E! Online, the ring could be a present from "The Notebook" actor to honor the birth of their baby girl since "Esmeralda" means emerald in Spanish.

Eva's birth to their baby wasn't confirmed until the actress started talking about motherhood.

"Now I understand so much, my mother's never gotten more 'I love you so much mommy' texts, I mean, randomly... ya, I get it now," she told AJ Calloway of Extra.

She also revealed her secret to keeping one of the hottest actors in Hollywood happy.

"You can't do sweatpants... ladies, number one cause of divorce in America, sweatpants, no!" Eva jokingly said but some people took it wrong.

Her boyfriend Ryan Gosling defended her and wrote on Twitter, "Obviously sweatpants thing was a joke. Wearing them now. That's right, tweeting in sweatpants. Rats! Said too much! You win again Twitter."
