Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert announced their divorce last month and the alleged reason for their breakup is infidelity.
The 39-year-old country heartthrob was linked to Cady Groves while the 31-year-old songstress allegedly an affair with five men including Chris Young.
However, the "I'm Coming Over" singer denied the cheating rumors and released a statement on Facebook.
"My name has been mentioned as a contributing factor in Blake and Miranda's divorce. That is totally false. They are both my friends and I would not betray that friendship. Just wanted to clear that up. Love you guys," he wrote.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Chris Young finally speaks up about the rumored affair with Lambert.
"Man it sucks that I got put in this situation with two people who are my friends," Chris confessed. "It's just so weird getting pulled into something like that where it just wasn't true."
The 30-year-old hunk admitted that he was shocked when his name was dragged into the cheating scandal since he's good friends with Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. The website asked Young if had gotten in touch with the former husband and wife after they announced their divorce.
"I have not seen them, [but] I've definitely texted and called both of them," the country singer explained. "They're both good since [the last] time I've heard from them. As good as you can be." Chris Young also revealed that he has been talking to "The Voice" coach during the time that the cheating rumors came out.
"I was in touch with Blake all day that day," he shared. "He was like, 'Dude, sorry.' I was like, 'I know man.'" Despite the cheating scandal, the former "Nashville Star" winner claimed that his relationship with the Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert didn't change. "They're both really great friends still, so it's just one of those things," he said. "That's kind of a byproduct of doing this and being in the spotlight I guess."
