Turn 10 Studios recently announced a partnership with V8 Supercars Australia which means all manufacturers in the 2015 series will be part of "Forza Motorsport 6" cars when the game comes out on September 15.

The Garage Week 9 update counts "ten of the top V8 Supercars from Australia" which are listed below:

  • 2015 Holden #22 Holden Racing Team VF Commodore
  • 2015 Holden #1 Red Bull Racing Australia VF Commodore
  • 2015 Holden #97 Tekno Autosports VF Commodore
  • 2015 Holden #14 Freightliner Racing VF Commodore
  • 2015 Mercedes-Benz #9 Erebus Motorsport E63 AMG V8 Supercar
  • 2015 Mercedes-Benz #4 Erebus Motorsport E63 AMG V8 Supercar

Fans of the teams and drivers that weren't included in the "Forza Motorsport 6" cars shouldn't be disappointed though. Microsoft said the game's livery creation tools "will give [them] the ability to recreate every car in the field in-game from all manufacturers," IGN said.

But V8 Supercars won't be the only Australian presence in "Forza 6." According to the event's website, the Mount Panorama race track will be featured in the upcoming Xbox One racing game as well.

What's more is that Hall of Fame driver and six-time Bathurst 1000 winner Mark Skaife will reportedly do voiceover work for the said race track for the first time in the franchise's history.

In addition, the partnership between Xbox and DJR Team Penske, which began in 2002, continues. As a result, fans will see drivers Marcos Ambrose and Scott Pye racing Xbox-liveried V8 Supercars at the 2015 Championship Enduro Series.

"We are very proud that our home-grown Australian V8 Championship, including drivers and teams from the 2015 season representing each of the five constructors will be featured for the first time in 'Forza Motorsport 6' and be played by millions of racing fans around the world," V8 Supercars Australia CEO James Warburton said.

Apart from the Aussie race cars, the Garage Week 9 update also adds other "Forza Motorsport 6" cars. Check out the each car that's been announced so far here.
