"The press event is scheduled for September 2, and Asus hints at a few products that will likely debut," PhoneArena said.
A new ZenFone was teased but what piqued the website's interest is the smartwatch, likely the upcoming successor to the original ZenWatch.
This was followed by another teaser posted earlier this week. This time, both devices were accompanied by a new desktop computer.

As Android Headlines noted, the first teaser featured the wearable device with a metal band while the second one is presumed to have a leather band.
Franchise Herald reported last month the Asus ZenWatch 2 was first unveiled at June's Computex 2015. At the event, the tech firm said their next-gen smartwatch will be highly customizable, offering "a total of 18 different combinations of materials and colors."
It was also said that the Android Wear device will come in two sizes like its Apple Watch rival. Asus said it will reveal more details during its launch in September.
But it looks like Ausdroid has beaten them to the punch. The website reportedly sifted through FCC filings and documents and interpolated missing information.
Reportedly, the ZenWatch 2 will have a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, IP67 certification, Gorilla Glass 3, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, come with a "metal" crown read button, stainless steel construction and a magnetic charger.
The larger WI501Q variant will allegedly have a 1.63-inch screen, an 18mm band and a 389mAh battery. Bluetooth SIG lists the device with Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity, according to the website.
As for the smaller WI502Q variant, it is said to have a 1.45-inch screen, a 22mm band, a 285mAh battery and Bluetooth 4.0 LE connectivity.
In any case, IFA 2015 is just around the corner. Details about the Android Wear-running Asus ZenWatch 2 smartwatch should be unveiled by then.
