Falk Hentschel is pretty much the newest among "Legends of Tomorrow" cast.
Unlike most of the confirmed actors, this is the first time he will appear in DC Comics' television universe.
Most of the "Legends of Tomorrow" cast were plucked from two CW Network TV series "Arrow" and "The Flash."
These cast members and the characters they portray were well received by fans. With that said, how much exposure does Hentschel and his Hawkman will have in the show?
To think that Hawkman is among the biggest comic book characters out there, will "Legends of Tomorrow" limit his appearances?
Fret not because Falk Hentschel is a regular "Legends of Tomorrow" cast. He will be in the show as long as other characters depending on the storylines.
Executive producer Phil Klemmer told DC Legends TV Hentschel is absolutely part of the main cast. In fact, they have already prepared interesting plot for Hawkman and Hawkgirl who will be played by Ciara Renee.
DC Legends TV: Does that take away from Hawkgirl's character at all?
Klemmer: It doesn't, because the way we've imagined them is that they've obviously been reincarnated through the ages together, but the fact that he remembers their previous lives and she doesn't... it gives them very much like a Bogie & Bacall sort of [relationship].
Klemmer also revealed that they will follow Geoff Johns' take on the Hawkman for "Legends of Tomorrow" version.
"They're constantly fighting, and the fact that they're destined to be in love is something that seems impossible to her. That's the kind of sentimentality that we really strive to avoid on this show. The fact that they're going to be together someday, we try desperately at every moment to disprove that, this is going to be the one time that they decide to, like, shoot each other in the face."
Hentschel joins other "Legends of Tomorrow" cast such as Brandon Routh, Wentworth Miller, Caity Lotz, Victor Garber, and Arthur Darvill.
