Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’ Joins ‘Dancing With The Stars’? Derek Hough Wants Him In, Fans Don’t

Only a few weeks left before "Dancing With The Stars" Season 21 graces your TV screens once again, but dance pro Derek Hough already expressed his interests for some possible competition.

The dance pro wants Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to get into the competition and sway.

Dance pro Derek Hough was recently announced to return on "Dancing With The Stars," after the injury during the previous season, and he said he wants to have "The Rock" or Kevin Hart on the show, Entertainment Weekly reported.

"I wouldn't dance with him obviously because he's a dude," he told Entertainment Weekly during benefit show in Hollywood. "but The Rock would be funny. Or Kevin Hart would be awesome to watch."

Fans, however would like to disprove this interest of Derek Hough for the upcoming "Dancing With The Stars" Season 21.

In an earlier forum posted, IGN asked the online community what they think about "The Rock" joining "Dancing With The Stars."

Forum participant ChubbaLubba said, "Yeah, he's too big of a star to be on that show."

"It's supposed to be challenging for the stars," another user commented.

Meanwhile, another user who goes by the username Ice.Tea seemed to have welcomed the idea and said the show should be called "Dancing With The Rock."

"Dancing With The Stars" has already unveiled the dance pros who will be participating this upcoming season.

Apart from the previously announced dance pro Karina Smirnoff, Derek Hough, Mark Ballas, Allison Holker, Sharna Burgess, Artem Chigvintsev, Witney Carson, Val Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are the dance pros participating and returning this season, Entertainment Weekly said in a separate report.

Franchise Herald also earlier reported some of these dance pros showing their own take on the viral song "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" in a new promotional video released by ABC.

The celebrity cast line-up on "Dancing With The Stars" will be announced on "Good Morning America" next week.
