Fans have been clamoring to hear news about the new album Tool is reportedly working on.
And while not much have been revealed, new reports suggest that the American rock band has actually hinted something about their new album.
After reportedly posting a cryptic message on their official webpage, "Wait For It..." according to Consequence Of Sound, fans immediately speculated that the band is teasing their new album.
However, such speculations were soon debunked when it became apparent that the cryptic message was actually pertaining to Tool's first performance for 2015.
Tool is reportedly going to perform at Monster Mash Music Festival in October, where big bands including Coheed and Cambria and Primus are also performing in the big Halloween event.
The said event had fans speculate that Tool will most likely going to announce something big about their new album.
And while the band has yet to comment on such speculations, guitarist Adam Jones assured in an interview with Yahoo Music that now that the "lawsuit is out of the way," they should expect "great things" from them.
"Our greatest strength is jamming and coming up with stuff," Jones assured.
"We're doing that really well now and I'm excited about everything we're working on. Some of it's really heavy, some of it's complex and some is more atmospheric, but it's definitely Tool. I think having this lawsuit out of the way should really speed of the progress of getting the album done."
