"Arrow" season 4 premiere episode details are pretty much all over the internet now. Spoilers revealed that the pilot episode of the show's fourth run will be called "Green Arrow" and will feature the return of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards).
The two left the city in third season finale after their team defeated Ra's al Ghul.
Don't expect the "Arrow" season 4 premiere episode to be an hour-long of good times. There will be a reunion but it won't go as planned, at least in Oliver's part. He will meet his friends again but one of them has an ax to grind.
Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) parted ways in the most undesirable circumstance. Oliver terrorized them while working for Ra's al Ghul.
This includes kidnapping of Diggle's wife, to think he is best man to his wedding. Dgigle definitely did not like this and in "Arrow" season 4 premiere episode, he will make Ollie know what he feels.
"Dig has a huge bone to pick with Oliver when they see each other again, at the top of Season 4," executive producer Wendy Mericle said in an interview with Collider.
"We're gonna work that out. It's not gonna be easy. With what happened to Dig's family, it's really tough to buy that back, and Oliver is not gonna to be able to. Obviously, they can't be mad at each other forever, or what are we doing? But also, in the intervening months while Oliver has been gone, Dig has, more or less, been leading the team. It's a little bit more democratic, Speedy and Black Canary are both super bad-ass and kicking butt. He's not happy, when he and Oliver meet again. It's not an open-armed, 'Hey, buddy, all is forgiven,' reunion."
"Arrow" season 4 premiere date is Oct. 7.
