Most "Mr. Robot" reviews are raving about Rami Malek and his portrayal of vigilante hacker Elliot Anderson.
The lead character of the hit USA Network thriller drama is a complex one. He works to bring justice to the offended and victimized but his mental problems get in the way.
Here is "Mr. Robot" postmortem.
In the last episode, the biggest mystery of the show has finally been solved. The Mr. Robot Elliot is talking to from the start of the season is all along, himself.
This revelation made some of the audience think that maybe Elliot is already deep in his mental problem.
"Mr. Robot" review does not only come from entertainment websites. Even other professionals are hooked in the show. Elliot's state of mind also has psychiatrists raving.
One of which is Dr. Paul Puri who previously helped audience understand some complex TV characters, most notably Mad Men's paranoid copywriter Ben Ginsberg.
Some "Mr. Robot" review brand Elliot as an anti-hero and people should not sympathize with him 100 percent. For Dr. Puri, he thinks Elliot is having delusions but not to the point that he can be branded as psychotic.
"Yes, you can say he's experiencing delusions," he of the show's postmortem to Vulture when asked to confirm when Elliot experiences delusions.
"Delusions are a fixed, false belief. The difference is I would not say he is psychotic in a schizophrenic sense."
He then agreed that more than Elliot, it is Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström) who should be tagged as psychopath.
"He's (Tyrell) more of a psychopathic profile. Psychopaths are somewhere between your con men and your serial killers. They have no particular conscience that we can clearly see, or they have less of one and they're willing to bend it," Dr. Puri said.
