Home network ABC has recently released the new promotional video for the upcoming season of "Dancing With The Stars" Season 21, featuring some of the dancers showing off some viral moves.
In the new promotional video of "Dancing With The Stars," some of the dance pros returning this season showed off their own styles in dancing the popular dance craze "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" by Silento.
The new promotional video, shared on YouTube by Trisha Cannon, ran for 30 seconds, enough to tease the viewers and the fans on the returning season of "Dancing With The Stars."
With the use of a social media phenomenal dance craze in the video, is "Dancing With The Stars" Season 21 going to be "more social" by engaging more users in this new season?
AdWeek reported how "Dancing With The Stars" engages viewers in both live TV and on social media, with surging stats on Twitter.
"Put simply we all like to watch television with friends so we can laugh, cry and express our emotions as a community - live fan participation via social media is simply this on a grand scale," showrunner Rob Wade said in the report.
He added, "For dancing with the stars it's so important because we have celebrities with such big followings that engaging them in a real time, interactive way is a no brainer."
Aside from featuring such a popular dance craze, the new "Dancing With The Stars" promotional video also revealed the dance pros who will be returning this upcoming season.
The video featured dance pros Val Chmerkovskiy, Artem Chigvintsev, Jenna Johnson, Witney Carson, Peta Murgatroyd, Alan Bersten, Emma Slater and Sasha Farber.
Not in the video, the other dance pros in the upcoming season of "Dancing With The Stars" are Mark Ballas, Allison Holker and Sharna Burgess, Entertainment Weekly reported.
The official cast line-up will be announced on "Good Morning America" next week.
