Spider-Man No Show At 'Captain America 3' Trailer! Black Panther Makes His Debut With Ant-Man

| By

After apparently teasing that the new Spider-Man will debut in "Captain America 3," the web-slinger was a no show at the newly released trailer at D23 expo.

Instead, Black Panther made his debut at the said footage with Ant-Man in tow.

But where is Spidey? Well he's not in the trailer, but that doesn't mean that he's not going to be in the movie. In fact Enstarz reported that the role of Spider-Man is "beyond a mere cameo."

And the reason why Spidey is missing from the D23 presentation was because he is still shooting his own scenes in the "Teutonic landscape, Screen Rant reported.

Moreover, ComicBook.com reported that Spider-Man's costume will be the classic blue-and-red colored suit given by Tony Stark.

However, Marvel boss Kevin Feige said that Spidey's costume will be something different yet "classic."

"I mean look, I was more involved in the Raimi ones, and think they did a very good job," Feige told Crave. "But that being said, we've already designed the costume, which is different than any of the ones that have come before. And yet ours is classic Spidey, as I think you'll see."

Slash Film reported the official summary to the upcoming "Captain America 3" movie stating,

"After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain."
