'Arrow' Season 4 Spoiler: Laurel Lance As Full Time Black Canary? Looks Like That'll Be The Case

| By

Sarah Lance (Caity Lotz) is returning to Starling City in the fourth season of "Arrow."

However, there is a big chance that she is coming back to the city not to be reunited with her family but for revenge.

Recent "Arrow" season 4 spoiler said Sara's sanity will be heavily affected by the Lazarus Pit that brought her back to life. Will she approve of her sister Laurel (Katie Cassidy) wearing her old costume? Looks like she won't matter.

"Arrow" season 4 spoiler from TV Line revealed the Starling City attorney will become a full time Black Canary. In fact, this will play out right in the "Arrow" season 4 premiere episode.

"Since you asked so nicely.... Laurel is "fully arrived as Black Canary when we come back [on Oct. 7]," co-showrunner Wendy Mericle previewed. "There's no more learning curve."

But there are still struggles for Laurel as a costumed crimefighter. For one, "She has a secret identity; how does she grapple with that? And she's an ADA, so what kind of impact is that going to have on her decisions as Black Canary - and vice versa?" TV Line wrote when a fan named Apple asked for an "Arrow" season 4 spoiler.

Last season was hard for Katie Cassidy's character. Laurel Lance not only had to earn the skills to become a vigilante, she also had to earn respect of other members of Team Arrow, particularly Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell). The latter was harder than the first. In one of her nightmares, she faced off with her sister Sarah and lost.

While Laurel will finally earn her Black Canary title, her sister will undergo through several difficulties. "Arrow" season 4 from last May revealed White Canary will be confused whether she wants to be on the good side or the bad side.

"The thing that I like about Sara is she was always battling demons," Caity Lotz told EW's Natalie Abrams' colleague Samantha Highfill when she posed that very question. "She's going to have a roller coaster. She doesn't have a straight path. It's not like, 'Okay, this is where she is, she's going to be good or she's going to be bad.' I think it's going to be a lot of that."

"Arrow" season 4 premiere is Oct. 7.
