Amanda Bynes has moved out of her New York City apartment after her landlord threatened her with eviction and has moved into a hotel downtown, TMZ reports.
Amanda Bynes, 26, moved out of her apartment on Friday after the buildings manager threaten her with eviction after several tenants in the building complained that would constantly smoke cigarettes and weed in the apartment and in hallways, despite it being a non-smoking apartment building.
After Bynes moved out of the apartment, sources tell Us Weekly that it was littered with Marlboro Light cigarette butts and dirty Q-tips.
Bynes who has gone from a squeaky clean young actress to one that has garnered two hit-and-run cases, two charges of driving with a suspended license, a DUI charge, in addition to bizarre public antics during her time in New York City.
A source said: ''Amanda Bynes was able to reach a civil compromise in both of her hit-and run-cases.
Along with her legal troubles, Amanda, 26, was involved in two bizarre episodes in September 2011, locking herself in a store changing room for nearly two hours and refusing to come out and stripping off during a gym class and friends say her parents don't know what to do as Amanda has cut contact with everyone.
Bynes parents have reportedly move into the hotel room next door to hers to keep a watch on the actress. They are "afraid for her" and want to make sure she won't get into any trouble.
