Khloe Kardashian's weight loss secret is not a secret anymore!
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has lost 35 Lbs., thanks to her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, who recently revealed to People Magazine how the Kardashian sister achieved her amazing body transformation.
"She never cancels," he says of Khloe's workouts. "It can be a night where she's short on sleep. It can be a day where she has an engagement for that day. She may have something at 8 - then we're going at 6."
According to Peterson, Khloe Kardashians' weight loss was due to her dedication to fitness.
"She's in love with fitness," he said, adding that mixing up Khloe's workouts keeps the intensity of the weight-loss alive.
"Some days it's more heart-rate-intensive, some days it's more lower-extremities-intensive, some days the upper extremities get a little extra love," the personal trainer explained.
Aside from taking on the everyday challenge of getting up and going to the gym, Khloe is also game when it comes to lifting weights, according to Peterson. He added that the KUWTK star's workout also includes boxing.
"[Boxing is] great for the heart rate, great for hand-to-eye, great for balance," Peterson told People Magazine. "It's good for your body to contract upon impact."
Khloe, who recently appeared on the cover of Women's Health, described her new figure as her "revenge body" for critics who always referred to the reality TV star as "the fat one."
Khloe Kardashian's weight loss and transformation has been so inspirational, that brother-in-law, Kanye West asked her to be a fit model for his Yeezy Season's New York Fashion Week presentation.
"And I was like, 'Did you mean to call Kylie?'," Khloe recalled of Kanye West's invitation. "And he was like, 'No, I'm calling you. Your body vibes are my influence this year.'"
And what good body vibes they are!
