"Beauty And The Beast" star Emma Watson has been living the single life - going on museum tours with friends, watching Taylor Swift's concert and fighting for women's rights. It seems as if she moved right on after splitting up with Oxford rugby player Matt Janney.
According to the "Harry Potter" star though, she did have a hard time towards the end of their relationship.
"I felt really uncomfortable, even before my relationship ended," she revealed.
Speaking to Vogue UK, the British beauty revealed how she went on a silent retreat in the Rocky Mountains in Canada to really get to know her own self.
She added, "I went on a silent retreat, because I really wanted to figure out how to be at home with myself."
During the said time for herself, she was forbidden to talk to anyone for a whole week. This apparently gave her more time to self reflect and find out what she really wants to do with her life.
"Beauty And The Beast" star Emma Watson has been in various relationships with mostly non-famous guys in the past and she maintained that all of her experiences with them were positive.
"The boyfriends or partners I've had have generally made me feel really cherished," she continued. "They've built me up. I certainly haven't found that with doing all that I do or being all that I am, that I've struggled in my love life."
Although she was linked to Prince Harry earlier in the year (which she wittily denied through Twitter), the "Perks Of Being A Wallflower" star isn't dating anyone right now.
Her discomfort didn't just involve her relationship with Janney either. The "Noah" star also shared her struggle with acting and how much she "wrestled" with it.
"When I was younger, I just did it. I just acted. It was just there," she said. "So now when I receive recognition for my acting, I feel incredibly uncomfortable. I tend to turn in on myself. I feel like an imposter... It was just something I did."
Thankfully, her appointment as the UN Ambassador for Women gave her a "sense of belonging and purpose."
"Beauty And The Beast" star Emma Watson will grace the silver screen once again alongside Ethan Hawke in "Regression" later this year.
