After winning the Miss USA crown and gracing the Miss Universe 2009 stage, Kristen Dalton Wolfe is on for another challenge - to promote women empowerment by helping girls realize their potential and bring out the best in them.
Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton created a project called "She Is More," which guides girls to revealing their identities, radiating confidence and reigning with purpose - some major components of women empowerment.
SheIsMore.com produces inspiring content with crop communicators, influencers and society's role models, its official website said. They bring together their expertise and share them to women, along with God's wisdom.
"I've always been a stringent believer in the power of having a positive outlook," Kristen Dalton said in her Miss USA profile page. "I believe that your attitude determines your altitude."
Call for #GirlBosses
Her women empowerment project is continuously expanding. Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton recently posted on Instagram a call for pageant girls with Bachelor's degrees to join her team of account executives for a sales career track.
With hashtag #GirlBoss, interested applicants must live in a major U.S. market such as New York City, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Kansas City and more. Girls from Louisville, St. Louis, Nashville, and Phoenix are also welcome to apply.
The post says benefits and compensations include base salary, uncapped commissions, 401k and health insurance.
The model of women empowerment
Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton Wolfe has dedicated her life through a "royal identity in Christ," the website said. Embodying the mission of She Is More, she also heads a women's bible study with her husband Kris Wolfe.
Her experience speaks for her passion, as she herself is the epitome of an empowered lady. In her Miss USA profile, Kristen Dalton represented the East Carolina University as class president and also became the National Leadership Honor Society vice-president. She has a Psychology degree with a minor in Spanish, her profile added.
According to She Is More website, Miss USA Kristen Dalton and her husband "have a mission for revolutionizing a generation of men and women to rise up to their true identities and ultimately cultivating healthy and loving relationships."
