So there is no more chance for Floyd Mayweather Jr - Manny Pacquiao rematch. If it is the latter who will be asked, he is willing to do it again.

He lost in the fight but he claimed he should have won. He also said that he was injured during that fight reason why he was not able to fully maximize his skills.

The Filipino boxer was asked about rematch with Floyd by Fight News' Joe Koizumi during his appearance in Japan for the announcement of 2019 FIBA World Cup hosting which his country Philippines and China are battling.

He said he is currently concentrating on his political career but he is not closing his doors on another dance against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

"I'd like to concentrate my efforts on working as a politician this year, and want to fight Mayweather in a rematch. I'll be ready for that mentally and physically next year. I'll show a better performance against him than in the first encounter," Pacman said.

He was also asked to review his fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr last May and he said the undefeated American figher is just "running away all the time. I was making the fight by stalking him and believe that I deserved a victory."

Floyd Mayweather Jr - Manny Pacquiao rematch almost got few weeks after the staging of their mega fight. However, Mayweather Jr eventually backed out after hearing about Pacquiao's excuses.

Is Floyd Mayweather Jr - Manny Pacquiao rematch necessary? Or will Pretty Boy's fight versus Andre Berto will definitely be his last?
