Chris Brown and Rihanna have kept many people guessing the real status of their relationship.
Now that the 26-year-old musician is single again - after getting dumped by Karrueche Tran - most of his fans are hoping to see him reunite with the 27-year-old diva.
Just over a week ago, the "Loyal" hitmaker was heard singing one of Riri's latest hits. Breezy surprised the crowd in Macau when he sang "B*tch Better Have My Money."
According to Bossip.com, the hip-hop superstar tried to pump up the crowd by exclaiming "that's my b*tch for life" which may probably refer to his former lover.
During a recent interview with British DJ Tim Westwood, Chris Brown was asked why he sang Rihanna's latest song in his concert.
According to Design & Trend, the recording artist admitted that he loves the song and revealed his relationship with his ex-girlfriend.
"We knew each other since I was 14," he explained. "With that kind of history we're always going to be cool. I don't get jealous. I don't get mad. I don't have nothing but love and respect for her."
Despite their dark past, Chris Brown and Rihanna remained good friends and have supported each other's careers. There are even rumors coming out that the two will be collaborating on a new song soon.
"This is something that they have been talking about for a while now but it was his idea original to get her on his upcoming album," an insider told Urban Islandz. "She agreed that they should do another song so it's almost a done deal."
Apart from helping each other's careers, the "Diamonds" hitmaker has also been very supportive to the "Ayo" singer. Chris Brown's baby mama drama continues and has now sought advice from Rihanna.
"He told her he's sad and he cries himself to sleep at night because Nia's deprives him of seeing Royalty. He even told her he hates touring right now because he'd rather spend time with Royalty," an insider revealed to Hollywood Life.
"RiRi has been a voice of reason for Chris giving him sound advice. First, she told him he's an incredible father. She told him to keep his head up and continue to tour," their source added.
The Bajan beauty has been a really good friend to troubled singer and she even sent him and his baby Royalty a matching diamond stud earrings.
"You and Royalty keep shining bright like a diamond," she wrote in the note.
Chris Brown and Rihanna do really care for each other but some sources believe that they prefer being good friends so as not to hurt each other.
