Xbox One's external hard drive is a jaw-dropper. There are hundreds of games out there - and every gamer who can sit all day in front of the television, controllers in hand, may want to try well-reviewed games.
However, one of the most pressing problems gamers face is that not many game consoles provide huge storage capacity. Until now (at least, for Xbox users).
Seagate and Microsoft had recently teamed to come up with an Xbox One external hard drive that also works on the Xbox 360, according to Engadget.
As if being able to switch between two consoles with an external hard drive isn't great enough, its developers have raised the bar even higher with its 2TB storage capacity.
According to Major Nelson, the Xbox automatically detects the external hard drive and will help users through an installment process, hassle-free.
"The Seagate Game Drive for Xbox will retail at a MSRP of $109.99 USD and will be available from GameStop, Amazon and other consumer electronic retailers worldwide," the article read.
The new Xbox One external hard drive is said to be small enough to fit into your backpack or jeans' pocket. It also does not need a separate power cord.
This trump's up the new 500GB Xbox One, which quickly fills up if you get a little too carried away with all the blocbuster games and apps that you avail of.
According to an IGN report, the 500GB Xbox One drains way too much space - with is 174GB of storage meant for the OS and only 326GB left for themes, data and storage applications.
With such limitations, the 2TB Xbox One external hard drive would surely draw out a sigh of relief from gamers who want more storage capacity for optimal gaming experience.
