Chris Soules filled his Instagram with smiles, following his break up with Whitney Bischoff.
The newly-single 33-year old spent some quality down time with his family in their farm in Arlington, Iowa.
About 6 months after Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff got engaged in his hometown in Arlington, the former "Bachelor" couple split up.
According to their joint statement released to People, the two had decided to end their engagement "mutually and amicably."
"They wish to thank everyone who has supported them through this journey," the statement said.
After his stint in the soulmate-search reality TV show as well as his gig in "Dancing With the Stars," Chris Soules is happy to be back in his humble hometown and his beloved family.
In a photo, Soules could be seen out on a green field with his father, both holding red cups and happily smiling for the camera.
"Celebrating my niece's graduation with the greatest man I know," Soules captioned the photo.
Another photo shows Soules and his niece together. "My niece Hanna Wallace who graduated Sunday! I am so proud of her! Can't wait to be a part of her amazing future!" the photo caption said.
Chris Soules also showed his followers his typical, humble life in the farm, posting photos of bulldozers, a huge boar and 100 acres of land waiting to be planted.
While Chris Soules' Instagram showed family and farm after the break up, his ex-fiancé turned to her girlfriends for some girl bonding time.
The Chicago-based nurse posed for a photo with her girlfriends, all wearing Rayban sunglasses and a smile.
"#Raybans and rooftops," Bischoff captioned the photo.
In another photo, Bischoff poses while sporting a Black Hawks baseball cap and wrist band, appearing to be in a sports bar.
“Game 1. Let’s do this. Bring home the cup, Hawks!! #chicagoblackhawks,” she wrote.
Despite appearing to be very in love during their season in “The Bachelor,” Soules and Bischoff seem to be doing well despite breaking up and calling of their engagement.
