Erica Mena Talks About Getting Married With Bow Wow In Public! Fans Will Be Involved In Wedding

| By

In her latest interview with Global Grind, the former "Love & Hip Hop New York" reality star finally opens up about her long awaited wedding to fiance, Shad "Bow Wow" Moss.

The reality star whose appearance in Chris Brown's music video and E!'s "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami" immediately skyrocketed her career and now she's getting married to Bow Wow.

And while she tried to remain mum about her wedding plans, Erica Mena did share some details about it, where she admitted that "Love & Hip Hop" creator, Mona Scott-Young approached her and Bow Wow to do a special on their wedding, which she eventually turned dow.

"No, they came to me for the wedding," she answered when asked about Mona offering her to do her own show. "The wedding special was ours. And then we turned it down, so Yandy (Smith) got it...process of elimination. That whole getting married live, having the fans pick the cake, all that stuff... That was my idea."

And in a separate interview with Hollywood Life, Mena revealed that the wedding is happening soon and that fans would get to be involved in it.

"We have something in the works. The fans have been thrown off since we got engaged. But it's definitely happening," she exclusively told HollywoodLife.com about her wedding plans. "The fans can be a part of it in some type of way. It's happening soon."

And while she tried to keep things underwrap, Erica Mena shared some details on who are going to be invited in her wedding with Bow Wow.

Apparently, there is only one "Love & Hip Hop New York" cast member who will be invited in the wedding.

"Amena. Nobody else really matters after that," Erica revealed. She went on to say what really matters to her and Shad on their big day is their family.

"The celeb stuff is the icing on the cake but the sentiment is family. Marriage is about merging family. He has a small family, I have a big family. That's the fun aspect of it."
