Backstreet Boys Actively Gearing Up For New Album! A Tour To Come Along With Release Date Announcement?

| By

There is no doubt that Backstreet Boys is among the most famous and successful boybands in the 90s.

And while the group members of the boys next door are now all grown up, they remained to give ladies goosebumbs whenever they perform.

It's almost 20 years since Backstreet Boys released their self-titled debut album back in 1996. Now fans can't wait for the boyband to release a new one.

While promoting their docu-movie on ITV's daytime show "Loose Women," J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell announced on National Television that they are going working on a new album.

"Our music is always evolving," they said of their new album. "We're getting ready to go back into the studio later this year."

And while the release date has yet to be scheduled, there are already ongoing speculations that Backstreet Boys would most likely launch their new album between 2016-2017.

Furthermore, the American boyband also assured fans that even if they will be busy with their new album, their tour will continue for the next three years. Infact they have a total of 150 shows for the span of 2015 to 2017.

"We also just signed a deal with Live Nation to do 150 shows in the next three years," they revealed.

In line with their new album, Backstreet Boys also took time to recognize the members' efforts and strong relationship to the success of their group.

"Communication was probably the biggest savior for us," they said in the interview. "We all came from individual backgrounds, but when you're in a team, it's not about 'I', it's about the 'we'."

"There's a lot of give and take, you have to become almost selfless when you're in a group."

And while they haven't started recording songs for their new abum, Daily Mail revealed that it's already a work in progress and that production will start later this year.
