Today a photo of a mysterious upcoming Microsoft Lumia phone leaked.
According to Softpedia, NPU reported that the Lumia phone has been spotted in China packing a Snapdragon 810 and a 1080 display.
The Lumia 950 has appeared in different leaks, but this leaked image clearly does not redirect to the upcoming flagship.
GSM Arena, pointed out that the Lumia 930 was clad in metal frame, whereas the Redmond tech giant wouldn't step back using a polycarbonate casing.
In addition, the tech site continued that "it looks a lot like a Lumia 735 with its fat buttons, but with a camera hump bolted on, much like the one on the Lumia 1020."
Also, the leaked photo shows the Lumia device bearing a Nokia, so it could be an old prototype or a prototype of a different upcoming Lumia device.
On the other hand, WMPU has recently reported that Microsoft is in the works of three upcoming mid-range/entry-level phones:Lumia 550, 750, and 850 and was able to obtain a copy of their specs sheets.
But following the leaked details, Softpedia reported that these devices were axed projects, but the Lumia 850 made its rounds online again and " it was revealed the phone would actually become a real life product headed for a 2016 release."
Speculations then arose that the mysterious Lumia phone could be the upcoming Lumia 850.
According to WMPU, the Lumia 850 will sport a 5inch screen display and will pack a powerful chipset a Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.4Ghz respectively paired with Adreno 306 GPU. It will be supported by a 1GB of RAM with a hefty 16GB onboard storage and a microSD card expansion of up to 200GB.
It has the capability to capture video up to 480p @ 30 fps on its 10MP rear camera, and has 5MP front facing camera.
