OnePlus Two officially unveiled through VR launch.
Some of its specs have been revealed ahead of its announcement, but surprisingly its full specs is more impressive than OnePlus fans have thought.
Unlike its predecessor, the OnePlus Two is wrapped in a metal frame design which makes it look durable.
The Chinese start up also added some customisation features on its latest flagship in which OnePlus Two owners can custom their back plates with an array of designs including black apricot wood, bamboo, rosewood, Kevlar and black sandstone, Business Insider reported.
The handset sporst a 5.5-inch 1080 screen display, and offers high brightness setting which gives the phone a visible display even under sunlight.
In addition, it also features a "slider right on the side of the phone to switch between three alert settings: None, Priority, and All, so you can choose what your OnePlus 2 phone alerts you for without taking it out of your pocket."
Also, its LED light can be customized- green for e-mail and blue for text messages.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 clocked at 1.8 ghz processor paired with the Adreno 430 GPU, and supported by a 4 GB of RAM.
Other notable features include a USB-Type C connector; a fingerprint scanner which the company claims "faster than the iPhone"; and "Shelf" a new feature wherein user can compile its most use dapps and contacts.
The 64 GB variant, will be offered through OnePlus invite system for $389, while prospect buyers of the 32 GB variant may need to wait a little longer.
"This time, OnePlus will have a standard waiting list, so if you don't want to hustle for a code, they will get to you on a first-come first-served basis eventually."
