However, one disturbing news is going around that makes fans of Jake Ballard (Scott Foley) and Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) panic.
More than any "Scandal" season 5 spoiler, fans are on the edge of their seats right now with news that Jake Ballard might not last that long in the show.
This is because of his alleged feud with on screen partner Kerry Washington. A report by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, quoting a Star Magazine scoop, said the two are not in good terms right now and Washington requested TV series creator Shonda Rhimes to kill off his character.
"According to the June 8 edition of Star Magazine, Kerry and Scott have not been getting along for quite a while - but Kerry is close friends with head writer and creator Shonda Rhimes, and is using that relationship to try and get Scott Foley off the show for good," Celebrity Dirty Laundry wrote, adding a quote from Star magazine.

The fifth season of the hit ABC show will return on Sept. 24 with basically all the main cast members sure to return. Foley's character had a close call last season after being shot multiple times by a co-B613 member with whom Olivia had intimate moments with. In his Twitter account, Foley confirmed he is returning for a fifth season.
