‘Supercharged’ 2TB PS4 Now Out On Gamestop At $479.99, Comes With A Pre-Owned PS4 Game

Gamestop offers PlayStation 4 console with 2TB storage.

Microsoft recently announced at E3 2015 that a 1TB version of its Xbox is yet to be unveiled soon. While Sony didn't mention any plans on upgrading of its PS4 storage, Gamestop sweetens its PS4 deals by adding a 2TB storage which the retailer called "Supercharged" PS4, Attack of the Fanboy reported.

The "Supercharged" console goes on sale today, according to some shoppers in North America. The 2TB costs more than a hundred bucks higher than the 500GB version at $479.99.

Attack of the Fanboy added that the modified PS4 are "refurbished" consoles however as they are pre-owned."

Gamers who wants to purchase the "Supercharged" 2TB PS4 are also advised to call their nearest Gamestop retailer as some of them only carries the system in limited quantity, Gottabemobile added.

Meanwhile, another addition on PS4 accessories is due on October- an upgraded keyboard and mouse controller from Hatori.

"People that buy the "Supercharged" PS4 are also entitled to a free PS4 game as well. Although your selection is only limited to pre-owned games and they must be of a retail value of $30 or less," the gaming site went on.

"The games can be seen by clicking here. There are some AAA games featured here as pre-owned copies of Destiny, Assassin's Creed Unity and The Order: 1886 are available for you. Gamestop has 73 pre-owned PS4 games listed so you can choose the best one as your "free" title."

According to Polygon, like the TAC 3 it will feature a wired mouse controller and a specially designed keyboard-like gamepad.

Also, the pad features 18 buttons - including a PlayStation button, dedicated "walk", "share", "options", and "quick" buttons - and switches for multiple profiles. "Four of the buttons are marked to be used as the W,A,S,and D on a keyboard. There's also an array of lights that denote the programming of the pad."

It is expected to go on sale on Amazon in the UK on Oct. 9 for $135, while its US release is yet to be announced.
