Is Chris Pratt plotting a "Parks & Rec" spin off TV series with Aubrey Plaza? Well, yes, they definitely are.
Chris Pratt wants a "Parks & Rec" spin off right after the TV show ends and Aubrey Plaza is with him.
Fans of the NBC comedy are dreading the final season of "Parks and Recreation," which features some of the weirdest and most endearing characters in the history of comedy TV.
Speaking of endearing, Chris Pratt, who plays clueless Andy Dwyer and Aubrey Plaza, who plays the role of apathetic April Ludgate, have become one of the fans' most favorite relationships in the show - even giving Leslie Knope (played by Amy Poehler) and Ben Wyatt (played by Adam Scott) a run for their money.
While the rest of the cast are reflecting on the past seven seasons of the show, which revolved around the small-town shenanigans of the people of Pawnee, Chris Pratt and Aubrey Plaza have been cooking up some "Parks & Rec" spin off plot points.
According to the two actors in an Entertainment Weekly Report, the spin off would be a crime drama of Macklin and Snakehole crossed with 'Cheaper by the Dozen' quality --a "behind the bedroom door" peak with April and Andy's baby/ babies!
Of course, the part-crime drama and part-family comedy spin off plot was a joke, created on the spot by the comedic geniuses. Despite that, the proposed plot sounds like something "Parks & Rec" fans would indulge in just to get a little more of the on screen couple.
This was revealed on a Wednesday segment in NBC.com, wherein the cast have been gradually conditioning our minds on the show's final season by giving us glimpses of the last days of shooting and tearful interviews.
In the segment, Pratt and Plaza also talked about the unexpected romance that blossomed between their characters, which Plaza had somehow predicted back in season 1. Meanwhile, Pratt talked about his favorite scene in the show.
