Jenny McCarthy shows off her hot figure and abs on the January/February cover of Shape magazine and shares how she stays in such tip top shape.
The sexy blonde funny girl said she got serious about her health and cut out her bad habits like cigarettes and coffee and uses celebrity trainer Mark Harari three times a week to work up a sweat.
McCarthy shares her secret to staying slim: soup and she eats lots of it for 10 straight days. She calls it her "soup diet":
"I make a ton of nutritious ones, like butternut squash and vegetable. When I want to drop 5 pounds quickly, I eat them for every meal for about 10 days."

And although Jenny follows a mainly gluten and dairy free diet she of course sometimes allows herself to splurge.
"Chinese food and pizza!" she shared of her cheat food. "There's this place in Chicago called Giordano's which has the best deep-dish pizza in the world. It's my therapist, my best friend, and my boyfriend on Friday nights."
