Food blogger and triathlete Erwan Heussaff - more than his penchant for bikes -- is more known as the hot guy who cooks, seen on television making five-minute meals using oats as ingredients.
More than this interest, this French-Filipino food enthusiast is also joining triathlons, a sport that combines three different disciplines: cycling, swimming and running. Erwan Heussaff takes his bike and works on his endurance, one reason why he is able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a fit body.
One of the triathlon events he participated in was reportedly a 1.5-km swim at Dungaree Beach in Subic, Philippines, a 40-km bike ride and finishing the race with a 10-km run during the 2012 Kwiss ITU Subic International Triathlon.
Erwan Heusaff is often seen riding on his bike with other local celebrities, politicians and foreign participants. This guy lived most of his childhood life being overweight, according to one local news agency.
He shared on his website The Fat Kid Inside, "I'm around 5'11 (okay 5'10) and now weigh 149 pounds, rewind four years back, I was 5'11 (fine fine 5'10) and weighed 240 pounds. Yes, that's 91 pounds."
Now that he has a sculpted body - thanks to Erwan Heussaff's bike passion - his life before with many bad habits is now gone.

He shared in an interview with Spot.ph that he never thought he would live this kind of lifestyle.
"I used the smoke heavily. I [used to smoke two packs a day]. I drank beers and I was big," he said. "I was really fat, like 240 pounds. I never thought I'd completely 360 and become someone that drinks just one glass of red wine every night."
Erwan Heussaff further said manning a bike does not choose an age, or a particular body type.
"If you come to triathlon [and if you take a look at] the triathletes, not everyone has a six-pack and is built like a mountain," he said. "A lot of people, some are like 40, 50, 60 even, that are training and it seems like it's not harder for them than someone that's 20 years old because it's more your body getting used to it."
He also believes than triathlon is something "very mental." He said during races, he goes in the longest conversations he ever had, the report said.
"Then when you're done, it's such a great feeling," the triathlete added.
Erwan Heussaff's bike skills came with his passion for food. At age 21, he was already managing a catering outfit in Russia that cooked a thousand meals a day for business centers and mining camps, according to a report by Balikbayan Mag.
He also reportedly spent school vacations working in the food and hospitality industry in China, Vietnam and Greece.
"In the Philippines, if you have a strong character, you're smart, you know what you're doing and you're driven, then there are a lot of doors open for you to take those opportunities," he said. "In other countries, if you do that, there are 500 other people like you gunning for the same position."
Now, he is successful entrepreneur, a food blogger getting several readers every day and hosts his own cooking show on television.
