LG Bello 2 Officially Unveiled In A Low-key Announcement; Packs Flagship Features

Today LG officially announced another addition to its L series- the LG Bello 2.

According to its low-key announcement, the LG Bello 2 sports a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480) display and comes in White, Titan and Gold color combinations. It measures 140.8x71.6x9.6mm and weighs 155 grams. (via GSM Arena)

Under the hood, is a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU- "possibly the same MediaTek MT6582 as its predecessor," Android Authority presumes. Its chipset is upported by a 1GB of RAM and an onboard 8GB internal memory which can be expanded through a microSD card.

On the camera side, there's an 8MP camera at the back and a 5MP front shooter. It also boasts high-end features like gesture shot and front camera flash.

"The LG Bello II sports some selfie features such as Gesture Shot and Selfie Flash, already seen on the company's G Series. Gesture Shot allows users to take selfies without pressing any buttons (click via opening and closing a hand in front of the front camera), and Selfie Flash turns the phone's display into a soft flash for portraits," Android Central wrote.

The LG Bello 2 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop along with LG UX 4.0 which was introduced on the LG G4. Its connectivity features include 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0.

It was also mentioned that the device will support single-sim and dual-sim capabilities, and will be packing a 2,540mAh battery.

The LG Bello II price and availability is yet to be announced. It is already confirmed that it will be launched in Latin America and India this month, while Europe and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) get a third quarter release.

Meanwhile, it will be made in available in Brazil and Chile as LG Prime II while in the Indian market as well as Mexico and CIS the smartphone will be called LG MAX. (via NDTV)
