Canadian rockstars Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger shell out some of their fortune and bought a $5.4 million for a faux-chateau in California, Global News reported.
Their new home in the sub-urban Sherman Oaks sits on a almost half an acre which features six bedrooms- one which has a large tub, double sink vanities and a separate glass-walled shower, seven and a half bathrooms, Daily Mailreported.
It also boasts a gourmet eat-in kitchen, with granite counter tops and an oversized island plus a built-in coffee and espresso machine, three dishwashers and two refrigerators,
E! Online added.
In addition to its lavish design, it has vaulted ceilings, a number of hand-carved fireplaces, four Juliet balconies, a dramatic bridal staircase, an ivy-covered outdoor terrace and an over-sized swimming pool, according to Variety.com.
On the entertainment side, the couple will enjoy their theater room, home gym, basketball court and an outdoor kitchen on their new home.
Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger had been the subject of divorce rumors last year after the two were rarely seen in public, but the married couple debunked these rumors several times.
