After "Angry Birds" launched in 2009, the popular bird game finally got a sequel, and its coming on July 30!
"Back in December 2009 when we were just a small games studio, we released our 52nd game featuring colorful birds, green pigs, a slingshot and a super catchy theme tune. Fast forward to 2015 and that game, Angry Birds, has taken the world by storm," the announcement by Rovio reads. (via Attack on the Fanboy)

Rovio also recently teased the sequel that it will be "bigger, baddier and birdier" while specific details is yet to be revealed on July 28 at the studio's event in San Francisco.
"Angry Birds" quickly gained popularity on IOS followed by Android, Windows and PC versions. Aside from landing on all mobile platforms, it was also extended to different franchises such as "Star Wars", Angry Birds Seasons, Angry Birds Stella, and a host of other themed titles. ( via The Verge)
The upcoming sequel is expected to be available on IOS and Android first. Pre-sign up is currently rolling out on the Angry Birds 2 website. Soon as players have already signed up, Rovio will send via e-mail when the game starts to roll out.
