Jelena fans were thrilled when they saw images and video of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber hanging out at the pool area of Montage Hotel in California last weekend.
According to new reports, the 22-year-old songstress and the 21-year-old pop sensation were having a great time together.
"Justin is shirtless with a towel around his neck and sunglasses, walking away from the pool and inside the hotel," an eyewitness told Hollywood Life. "Selena has her hair up in a ponytail, wearing a large black T-shirt that looks like it belongs to Justin. She's following him inside," their insider added.
The website also reported that the former lovebirds were packing on the PDA. According to their eyewitness, Sel was sitting on Justin's lap while they were inside the private cabana. Both looked relaxed around each other as if they were dating again.
This isn't the first time that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were spotted together after her alleged breakup with Zedd. Back in May, the on-again off-again couple was seen hanging out with other churchgoers after a Hillsong service in Los Angeles.
"The exes were cordial, but that's it," a source told TMZ. "In fact, Bieber brought rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin with him -- another sign there's no reunion on the horizon." The website also reported that the "I Want You To Know" singer and the "Baby" hitmaker have been attending the service in the previous weeks.
It seems that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are back together, but are they exclusively dating or are in an open relationship? "They are both super busy, but they try and see each other as often as they can," an insider confirmed to Hollywood Life.
The source also revealed that the controversial couple tries to meet up once or twice a week when they find time. The "Behaving Badly" star recently posted a photo of her and her friends sitting on Instagram and wrote: "Waiting game strong fam." Could she be waiting for her ex-boyfriend to return to her?
The former YouTube sensation, on the other hand, posted an inspiring saying on Instagram last week. "Sometimes we feel like why am in this place right now why am I not where I wanna be? There are lessons you can learn on the journey that you can't get when you are at your destination. THE BEST IS YET TO COME!" Maybe the best thing already came for Justin Bieber and that is reuniting with Selena Gomez.
