The San Diego Comic Con is the place to be for fans to get new information about their favorite TV show or movie, whether it's an extended trailer for an upcoming season or spoilers from the cast. Of course, FX also shared the new "American Horror Story: Hotel" teaser during the event as well!
The short teaser, titled "Front Desk", only showed of a silver hand with long sharp nails ringing a bell.
The new video, coupled with the showrunner's revelation about Mother Monster's less than nice role in the series, sent Little Monsters into frenzy. Followers of the horror anthology are also eagerly awaiting the next set of teasers.
The show's creator, Ryan Murphy, revealed how "incredibly fun" it was to work with the unique singer, according to The Wall Street Journal.
"She's been very collaborative and incredibly fun," he shared to the Comic Con crowd. "When you work with somebody like her you sign up for something larger than life. That's what you want."
Her Little Monsters aren't the only ones that she's bringing into "American Horror Story: Hotel" either. Lady Gaga is also reportedly attracting several designers to the production!
"Part of her role involves fashion. You want Lady Gaga to look a certain way," Murphy shared. "Designers have been coming out of the woodwork to do stuff for us. It's been really, really thrilling."
The executive producer also revealed what kind of character Gaga wanted to do for the show.
"She said, 'I want to be evil.' And I said, 'OK, you came to the right place,'" he said.
She won't be showing off her singing prowess in "American Horror Story: Hotel", however.
"I think people expect that she's going to be sitting in a bar in a white silk gown sort of singing songs - she is not," he previously told Deadline in a previous interview, further stating that this new role will be "a pure acting part" for the famed singer.
