"Arrow" season 4 premiere episode is titled "Green Arrow", a homage to the massive transformation that Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will experience.
Also, the show will finally use the original title of the Emerald Archer in the comics. Many fans felt excited about this change but with the latest statement from John Barrowman who plays anti-hero Malcolm Merlyn, should fans really feel stoked about the season 4 debut?
Talking to TV Line along with other cast, Barrowman said "Arrow" season 3 premiere will be an emotional one. The best fans can do is bring tissues because once it ends, the only word they will get to say is "What!?!?!"
"I can't say anything at the moment because it will be revealed where he is and what's going on with him," said Barrowman when asked to share details about the future of Malcolm Merlyn. "Obviously he's the head of the League of Assassins, he's the new Ra's al Ghul."
Barrowman said he doesn't know what the status or internal politics of the League will be when the show returns. He did, however, have a few comments for fans about the season premiere, which we know now will be titled "Green Arrow."
"Bring your tissues, bring everything" said Barrowman. "It's one of those episodes where, when you're watching, you're gonna go, 'What?!?!"
Paul Blackthorne, who plays Detective Quentin Lance, also warned that the last scene will haunt them for the rest of the season.
As for Emily Bett Rickards who plays Oliver's love interest Felicity Smoak, she feels she is still haunted by the happenings in the "Arrow" season 4 premiere episode.
Will one major character die? Who is it gonna be?
Stephen Amell previously said "Arrow" season 4 premiere will see his Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak away from Starling City. In season three finale, the two rode away to some city after defeating Ra's al Ghul. Is the reason why Olie will become Green Arrow has something to do with Felicity?
