Jessica Simpson has been dogged for her weight gain during her recent pregnancy and was closely watched as she shed the weight as part of a sponsorship deal with Weight Watchers, but all that hard work might be for nothing, if a recent report is to be believed. Jessica Simpson is pregnant again!
According to US Weekly, Simpson, 32, is pregnant again with baby No. 2 with finance Eric Johnson. The singer turned fashion designer is said to be very surprised by the recent finding.
"It definitely wasn't planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again," a source told the magazine of the second pregnancy, which comes just seven months after the "Fashion Star" mentor gave birth.
A source close to the Texas native told Us Magazine that she "really is overjoyed!"
Simpson gave birth to baby Maxwell on May 1, weighing a healthy 9 pound, 13 ounce. Maxwell is now almost 7 months old and may soon be an older sister to a little sibling.
Simpson gained 70 pounds during her pregnancy and was rumored to have received a hefty $4 million paycheck from Weight Watchers to be theirs spokesperson.
Jessica Simpson is yet to respond to the pregnancy rumors. Simpson and Johnson have been engaged since Nov. 2010. Prior to dating Johnson, Simpson was married to singer Nick Lachey in 2002 and the two divorced in 2005.
