Last night's episode of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" season 4 has showed Scrappy's efforts in making Bambi feel that he really wants to change despite all the mishaps he caused in their relationship.
"Now I don't know if mom dukes and Ernest need to be getting all married and stuff right now, but they whole little engagement got me looking at the Bam like aye," Scrappy said to greenroom cameras about Mom Dukes and Ernest engagement.
"I really really love you. You know what I'm saying? I know it took a minute, but you just gotta see what people got to offer," Scrappy told bambi.
"So I had to do a test?" Bambi asked. "An obstacle course? Like over here, over there, in the forest, at the table."
"I'm glad you done got through that thing," Scrappy teased.
"Please tell me we can just basque in our love and our relationship promise ring and just enjoy that?" Bambi asked.
"Bam been rocking this promise ring for a long time and that shows respect and gratefulness. So I'm looking at it like d**n shorty we need to step it on up," Scrappy explained to greenroom cameras, right as he's seen sliding a small box over to Bambi in the clip.
"I wanna give you something," he said. "Something to remember me by."
"This better not be no remix to the love, friendship, promise ring," Bambi said looking at the box with a face full of skepticism.
"If this fool is about to propose right now I might just pass out and die," she said during her confessional.
While his surprise did not involve a ring, a key to Scrappy's house is definitely a big step to their relationship.
"It's the key to the house boo," Scrappy revealed.
And while many expected that Scrappy will finally pop the question to Bambi, the rapper explained that he's not ready to go that far yet.
"I ain't fixing to get married and all that. I know what y'all thinking, I don't think I'm mentally ready," he admitted. "Giving Bam a key to my house, is like a key to my heart."
And while Bambi appreciated the gesture, she's not convinced that having the key to Scrappy's house is a good idea given the current situation the rapper has with his baby mama Erica Dixon.
"We're gonna have to do something about that because you're giving me access to be apart of your child's life and with the situation you got going on with her mom it's always a lot of conflict between me and you."
