New 'Warcraft' Movie Trailer Finally Released! VR Footage Let's You See Azeroth In 360 Degrees! Trilogy Already In Talks?

Legendary Pictures has released a new trailer for their "Warcraft" movie.

The footage is a VR where exclusively made for mobile app on iOS and Android devices. It let's you see Azeroth's Stormwind region through VR headset that provides 360-degree-view, Game Spot reported.

"Built for Google's cheap VR headset for mobile phones, Cardboard, the trailer lets you look up, down, and around from the back of a gryphon, a creature used for transport in Warcraft games. Even if you don't own Cardboard, though, you can still watch the trailer. It utilizes a phone's accelerometer to let you change the view by moving the phone through space."

A full trailer is also expected to be presented at Legendary Pictures' San Diego Comic Con 2015 panel on July 11.

Entertainment Weekly reported that the giant studio will be holding a panel in Hall H, where fans are expecting to see a full trailer from director Duncan Jones' movie adaptation of the hit RPG.

The fantasy epic from director Duncan Jones (Moon) and starring Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Toby Kebbell, and Dominic Cooper is set for its big public unveiling in Hall H during the Legendary panel, which also includes Crimson Peak and Krampus. Expect incredible creature effects from ILM.

"World of Warcraft" movie will not be shown in theaters until next year, however there are already rumblings claiming that a follow up is already in talks.

And while Jones admitted that he's almost finish with the fantasy war themed movie and he's on the progress of polishing already, he hinted that "Warcraft" movie can actually become a trilogy.

In a previous interview with 2p, the director explained that he is actually preparing for the movie to have a continue as he tries to "establish" the characters and its stories for a possible franchise.

"Peter Jackson did a magnificent job of setting the table: for Tolkein's universe with his first Lord of the Rings film," he explained when asked if "World of Warcraft" movie will be a trilogy. "I know that my job in this first film is to establish certain characters, places and culture while telling a story that a broad audience can be excited by!"

Adding, "Hopefully, if I have done my job right, people will want to know and see more! There is certainly plenty more to tell! I would love to be part of that process of expanding on the lore that makes up Warcraft, but it will all depend on what you, the audience, think of our first film!"

The movie is set to be released in theaters on June 10, 2016 with Travis Fimmel heading the cast together with Ben Foster, Paula Patton, Toby Kebbell, Rob Kazinsky, Dominic Cooper, Daniel Wu and Clancy Brown.
