There have been ongoing rumors claiming Kanye West's new album titled "Swish" has been cancelled.
However these was soon debunked and Standard even reported that the follow up to his highly successful 2013 release "Yeezus" would most likely come out soon.
In fact there have been rumors claiming that Kanye West and Beck, whom he had an issue with during the Grammys, could be collaborating for this new album.
According to MTV the two artists may actually be working together but note that it may be for a different release.
"Yeah, Rick and I were gonna do the record, and Kanye went through different phases musically, so we've yet to reconnect on his project," Q-Tip said, as he talked about their collaboration. "We've met a few times and he's kept me up to speed here and there on what's happening. He's done the same with my record. We've been talking about some ideas for my record as well. We're still in step. It's not like [Kanye] scrapped any of it, that's a rumor."
Cult Of Mac on the other hand claimed that Kanye West could even pull off a Beyonce by having a surprise release. And knowing Kanye and his antics it'll probably not come as a surprise anymore.
The publication also noted that there is a high possibility that the new album could be exclusively released on iTunes as Apple and Kanye reportedly had an agreement already.
"Apple and Kanye are joining forces for the launch of the company's new music streaming service," the site claimed. "As a gift to the fans, Yeezy has agreed to release his new album 'Swish' for free after Apple paid him nearly double what he expected to make of album sales."
Furthermore, Kanye West is also reportedly working with Diddy on his new album, claiming that the Bad Boys Records boss is actually going to produce his LP.
"I don't know yet," he said after he was asked if would work with Kanye on 'Ye's upcoming release. "I'm definitely producing on his album, but I don't know how it's going to end up."
"It's up to Kanye and how he sees the album going. But we're definitely working together, producing a lot of records together and having a lot of fun."
