After a slew of releases from carriers from The Great White North, Sony's waterproof mid-range smartphone is headed to the Southern Hemisphere. The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua NZ price is at $499 and is being exclusively brought to New Zealand by Spark Mobile.
Sony Mobile announced the launch of the Xperia M4 Aqua last week, according to a report by Yahoo New Zealand.

"Offering the most popular standout features made famous by our Xperia Z Series; camera capability, up to two-day battery life and waterproofing - Xperia M4 Aqua brings a proposition and price, products in this section of the market simply cannot match."
Spark Mobile will bring the Japanese mid-range device to its home market exclusively. The carrier welcomed its Kiwi launch and revealed the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua NZ price.
"We're excited to have the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua in our range and on our network as an operator exclusive," Spark Home, Mobile and Business general manager Jason Paris said.
"It will be right at home on Spark's fast 4G network, available in more places than ever before."
