Starting this Friday, a Grande Frappuccino from Starbucks can be bought for a price cheaper than a mini clothes hanger.
A news release by the coffee chain recently revealed the top three Frappuccino finalists from the roster of the new flavors launched by Starbucks earlier, and the winning flavor will be sold for only $3 from July 3 to July 6.
More than a million customers have been voting for their top choices among the six new Frappuccino flavors by Starbucks by giving green straws for their favorites.
In the news release, three Frappuccino flavors earned the top spots: the Caramel Cocoa Cluster, Cinnamon Roll and Cupcake.
Starting July 3, one of these Frappuccino flavors by Starbucks can be bought for $3 for the Grande size from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time, the coffee company said. The winner of the poll will be announced this July 3 on their website.
iSchoolGuide earlier reported the release of the new Frappuccino flavors last month, and even was able to feature the taste test made by website Today Food.
The Caramel Cocoa Cluster is made with toffee nut syrup, blended with coffee then topped with a dark caramel sauce, whipped cream and drizzled with mocha. Today Food ranked it fourth because the toffee was "too empowering."
Meanwhile, the Cupcake Frappuccino Starbucks flavor which is still the running to be bought for a price of $3, is made with the Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino, hazelnut syrup and topped with whipped cream. Sadly, this flavour was ranked by Today Food fifth.
Finally, the number one on Today Food's list as reported by iSchoolGuide fortunately made it to the cut. The Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino is made with cinnamon dolce syrup blended together with coffee, white chocolate mocha sauce and vanilla bean, topped with whipped cream and a cinnamon dolce sprinkle.
