Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is among the sexiest men in the country, having starred in various films while showing his toned body and one of his workout videos reveal his daily schedule. How does he get that fit body that fans admire?
Fitness enthusiasts always say that a healthy body starts from the kitchen. Varun Dhawan starts his day with omelette, oatmeal, whole-wheat grain sandwich and other healthy meals for his breakfast, website Healthy Celeb shared.
Clips on Varun Dhawan's workout video for the Indian show "Breakfast To Dinner" also showed him taking these breakfast meals with glasses of freshly squeezed juice mixed with the fruit pulp.
For lunch, website Healthy Celeb said he prefers steamed brown rice, broccoli and baked chicken among other meals. He then caps off the day with a light dinner comprised of mixed veggies, grilled fish and a cup of green tea.
For his exercise routine, the actor makes sure to refer to the plan created by his gym trainer before taking on the activities. Varun Dhawan's workout video for "Breakfast To Dinner" also showed him lifting weights and doing some pull ups.
According to Healthy Celeb, he works out five days a week while allotting 90 minutes in a day for workouts. Among the regular activities this actor does are martial training, light weight lifting, and cardio workouts.
"Weight lifting is an efficient medium to tone your body," Healthy Celeb advised. "He certainly practices it, but makes sure that his weights don't cross 20-35 kilograms. By altering the weights from light to hefty and then hefty to light, you can forbid weight loss plateau."
The website added that Varun Dhawan goes "totally insane" when doing the workouts, making him achieve the toned body he has now. Whenever he appears on stage in front of the crowd, he reportedly works out twice a day to maintain the figure.
