The children would most probably stay with their mother as there have been reports in the past that the "Batman v Superman" actor stays at Hotel Bel-Air when he gets into a fight with his wife.

According to Hollywood Life, Ben missed socializing with other people. "He always had to get rid of friends for Jen, he always had to give up being him for Jen," their insider revealed.
